Whiplash Trap (HOP-16) is an instant Trap from the Planechase set that returns two target creatures to their owners' hands. If an opponent had two or more creatures enter the battlefield this turn, you may pay {U} instead of its mana cost to cast it as a Trap. It requires you to target two creatures as you cast it, so it cannot be cast if you cannot legally choose two targets.
