Farsight Mask (PCA-109) is an uncommon artifact from the Planechase Anthology set. Whenever a source an opponent controls deals damage to you and Farsight Mask is untapped, you may draw a card. It can generate repeated card advantage against opponents who deal multiple instances of damage in a turn, but requires the artifact to be untapped at each trigger.
