Time Distortion (OPCA-8) is a Phenomenon from the Planechase Anthology Planes set. When encountered, it reverses the game’s turn order and then causes players to planeswalk away from the phenomenon. The reversal affects how order-based choices are resolved until the order is changed again or the game returns to its original default order.
