Whenever a creature deals damage to one or more players for the first time each turn, put a +1/+1 counter on it, and when chaos ensues each creature you control gains an activated tap ability to deal 1 damage to a player or planeswalker until end of turn. This plane therefore boosts creatures that hit players and gives mass direct-damage options on successful chaos rolls, shifting combat and chaos incentives.
