When you planeswalk to Grove of the Dreampods and at the beginning of your upkeep, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. Whenever chaos ensues, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Grove of the Dreampods (OPCA-34) is a Plane — Fabacin from the Planechase Anthology Planes set. When you planeswalk to it and at each upkeep you reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card and put that creature onto the battlefield, and chaos returns a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Both abilities are mandatory and if no creature is found when revealing, you put the revealed cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.
