Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell with a single target, that player copies that spell for each other spell, permanent, card not on the battlefield, and/or player the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of them. Whenever chaos ensues, choose target creature. Each player except that creature's controller creates a token that's a copy of that creature.

Glimmervoid Basin (OPCA-29) is a Plane — Mirrodin from the Planechase Anthology Planes set that affects spells and chaos rolls. It copies single-target instant or sorcery spells for each other legal target they could have, giving the spell's controller control of the copies and letting them choose copy order. On a chaos result, the planar controller chooses a target creature and every other player creates a token copy of that creature.
