Chaotic Aether (OPCA-1) is a Phenomenon card from the Planechase Anthology Planes expansion. While it’s active, any blank face rolled on the planar die counts as a chaos ({CHAOS}) roll until a player planeswalks away from a plane, after which players also planeswalk away from this phenomenon. This effect causes planar die blank faces to trigger chaos abilities for the duration, altering the usual planar-die outcomes.
