Aretopolis (OPCA-13) is a Plane — Kephalai from the Planechase Anthology Planes set. It accumulates scroll counters when you planeswalk to it, at your upkeep, and whenever chaos occurs, and those counters trigger life gain and card draw effects. Once it reaches ten or more scroll counters it causes an immediate planeswalk, cycling the planar card to a new plane.
