Brutalizer Exarch (PC2-61) is a green creature card from the Planechase 2012 set that is a Phyrexian Cleric with 3/3 stats. When it enters the battlefield you choose one: either put a creature card from your library on top or put a noncreature permanent on the bottom of its owner’s library, providing tutor-like selection or removal-as-library-manipulation. Its flexible enter-the-battlefield modes let it function as either a setup piece for future draws or a soft answer to troublesome noncreature permanents.
