Melancholy (PLC 88) is an Enchantment — Aura from Planar Chaos that attaches to a creature. When it enters the battlefield it taps the enchanted creature and prevents that creature from untapping during its controller’s untap step. It also has an upkeep cost that forces the Aura’s controller to pay {B} each turn or sacrifice it, creating a recurring tax on maintaining the effect.
