For each tapped nonland permanent target opponent controls, search that player's library for a card with the same name as that permanent. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control, then that player shuffles. Suspend 3—{1}{U}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{U}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

Dichotomancy (PLC 38) is a rare sorcery from Planar Chaos that can be cast for {7}{U}{U} or suspended for 3 with {1}{U}{U}. When resolved, it lets you search each target opponent's library for cards that share names with each tapped nonland permanent they control and put those cards onto the battlefield under your control. The card's suspend interaction and simultaneous entry rules create complex timing and attachment considerations, especially for Auras and when choosing to cast it after the final time counter is removed.
