The spell lets its controller scry two cards, then draw two cards and lose two life. The scry step provides selection and ordering of the top cards before drawing, making it a compact option for hand replenishment and library manipulation in midrange or control decks. Originally released during the Theros-era printings, this black sorcery has been reprinted in later compilation sets.
