Kiora, the Crashing Wave (PIO-354) is a legendary planeswalker card in Pioneer Masters that costs {2}{G}{U}. Her +1 prevents all damage dealt to and dealt by a target opponent-controlled permanent until your next turn, her −1 draws a card and grants an additional land play this turn, and her −5 awards an emblem that creates a 9/9 blue Kraken at each of your end steps. The card functions as a blue-green value engine that can protect or neutralize an opposing permanent, accelerate land drops, and eventually produce a large recurring threat.
