Description

Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler (PONE-218p) is a Legendary Planeswalker card from the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Promos set. Its static effect lets you activate activated abilities of creatures you control as though those creatures had haste, and it has activated loyalty abilities to untap a creature and to mill three then return a small creature from your graveyard. The card supports aggressive or value strategies by enabling immediately usable tap-activated creature effects and providing a recursion avenue for low-cost creatures.
