It has menace and toxic 1, creates three 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens with toxic 1 that can't block when it enters, and gets +1/+1 for each poison counter your opponents have. Its design pushes a poison-counter swarm strategy and scales in power as opponents accumulate poison counters.
