It has flying, haste, and lifelink and produces experience counters when it attacks, creating tapped attacking 2/2 red Rebel tokens equal to your experience counters. While in the graveyard you can pay {2}{R}{W} and tap an untapped Rebel to return it to the battlefield tapped.
