Description

Otharri, Suns' Glory (ONC-3 foil) is a legendary Phoenix creature printed in the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander set that is red-white and has flying, lifelink, and haste. Whenever it attacks you gain an experience counter and create a tapped, attacking 2/2 Rebel token for each experience counter you have, making it a token-generating attacker. It also has a graveyard recursion ability that returns it to the battlefield by tapping untapped Rebels as a cost, enabling repeated reanimation synergies.
