Otharri, Suns' Glory (ONC-3) is a legendary Phoenix creature from the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander set. It has flying, lifelink, and haste and generates experience counters when it attacks, creating tapped attacking 2/2 red Rebel tokens equal to your experience counters. From the graveyard you can pay {2}{R}{W} and tap an untapped Rebel you control to return it to the battlefield tapped, making it recur in Rebel-focused or token decks.
