Description

Neyali, Suns' Vanguard (ONC-2) is a legendary Human Rebel creature from the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander set. Attacking tokens you control gain double strike and whenever one or more tokens you control attack a player you exile the top card of your library and may cast it that turn if you attacked with a token. The exiled card can be cast under its normal timing restrictions and Neyali’s permission persists even if Neyali leaves the battlefield or changes controllers.
