Description

Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa (ONC-37) is a legendary Phyrexian Angel creature from the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander set. It has flying, vigilance, and toxic 2, and its Corrupted ability lets you exile opponents' top cards when they have three or more poison counters and play those cards while exiled using mana of any color. The ability provides a persistent engine for stealing resources from poisoned opponents and casting their cards even if Ixhel leaves the battlefield, supporting a political or value-oriented deck role.
