Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa (ONC-1 foil) is a legendary Phyrexian Angel creature from the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander set. It grants flying, vigilance, and toxic 2 while its Corrupted ability exiles opponents' top cards when they have three or more poison counters and lets you look at and cast those exiled cards using any color of mana. In multiplayer or commander builds it supports poison-counter strategies and provides long-term card advantage by enabling access to opponents' libraries as a recurring resource.
