Grafted Exoskeleton (ONC-132) is an Artifact — Equipment from the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander set. It gives the equipped creature +2/+2 and infect, and it forces you to sacrifice a permanent if the Exoskeleton becomes unattached from it. Its Equip {2} cost makes it a low-cost way to grant infect to creatures and to pressure opponents with poison counters while carrying the risk of losing the host creature if the equipment becomes unattached.
