Vadmir, New Blood (POTJ-113p) is a legendary Vampire Rogue from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Promos set. Whenever you commit a crime you put a +1/+1 counter on Vadmir, but that triggered ability can only trigger once each turn. Once it has four or more +1/+1 counters it gains menace and lifelink, shifting its role from a growing threat into a more evasive and lifegaining attacker.
