Description

Rakdos Joins Up (POTJ-225p) is a Legendary Enchantment from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Promos set. When it enters, it returns a creature from your graveyard to the battlefield and places two +1/+1 counters on it. It also punishes the opponent whenever a legendary creature you control dies by dealing damage equal to that creature’s last known power.
