It has reach, creates a legendary blue Ox token named Beau whose power and toughness equal the number of lands you control when Bonny Pall enters, and lets you draw a card and put a land from your hand or graveyard onto the battlefield whenever you attack. This card supports land-centric strategies by turning land count into Beau's size and enabling additional land drops even after you've played a land for the turn.
