Annie Flash, the Veteran (POTJ-190p) is a legendary Human Rogue creature from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Promos set. It has Flash and an enter-the-battlefield ability that returns a permanent card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped if you cast it. Whenever it becomes tapped you exile the top two cards of your library and may play those cards this turn, enabling card advantage and tempo plays.
