Thief of Sanity (OTC-243) is a rare Creature — Specter from Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander. It has flying and when it deals combat damage to a player you exile one of the top three cards of that player's library face down and may cast it while it remains exiled, with any type of mana able to be spent to cast it. The card can be used to generate card advantage and value by converting opponents' library cards into potential spells for you to cast, though timing and card types (e.g., lands or sorceries) still follow normal casting rules.
