Description

Stella Lee, Wild Card (OTC-3) is a Legendary Creature — Human Rogue from Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander. Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, it exiles the top card of your library and allows you to play that card until the end of your next turn. It also has a tap ability that copies an instant or sorcery you control if you’ve cast three or more spells that turn, creating a copy on the stack that may choose new targets.
