Octavia, Living Thesis (OTC-103) is a legendary blue Elemental Octopus creature from Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander. She costs {8}{U}{U} normally but costs {8} less if you have eight or more instant and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard and grants Magecraft triggers that can make a target creature 8/8 until end of turn whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery. She also has Ward {8}, creating a hefty tax for opponents targeting her and making her both a threat and a spell-tuned utility piece for spell-heavy decks.
