Heartless Conscription (OTC-57) is a black sorcery from Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander. It exiles all creatures and lets you play each exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, allowing any color of mana to be used to cast them. The card itself is exiled after resolution, and cards played from exile follow normal timing and cost rules, with lands playable from exile under normal land timing rules.
