Forger's Foundry (OTC-50) is a rare artifact from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander set. It taps for U and can exile a small instant or sorcery you cast with that mana instead of letting it go to the graveyard, creating a pool of exiled spells linked to the artifact. For 3UU and tapping it, you may cast any number of those exiled spells without paying their mana costs, but only as a sorcery while that ability resolves.
