Forger's Foundry (OTC-14) is a rare artifact from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander set that produces blue mana and interacts with instants and sorceries. Its tap ability adds U and can exile a small instant or sorcery you cast with that mana as it resolves, allowing later reuse. For threeUU and tapping, you may cast any number of cards exiled with Forger's Foundry without paying their mana costs, but only as a sorcery while that ability resolves.
