Finale of Revelation (OTC-97) is a blue sorcery from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander set. It lets you pay X to draw X cards and has a large bonus if X is 10 or more that shuffles your graveyard into your library, untaps lands, and removes your maximum hand size for the rest of the game. The card is exiled after resolution, which prevents repeated uses from the same copy.
