Whenever the equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, you exile the top card of that player's library face down and may play it, with mana of any type able to be spent to cast it. The exiled cards remain available to you even if the Bandana or equipped creature leaves the battlefield, but other players cannot look at or play those exiled cards.
