Breena, the Demagogue (OTC-217) is a legendary Bird Warlock creature from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander set. She has flying and a triggered ability that lets an attacking player draw a card and gives you two +1/+1 counters on a creature you control whenever a player attacks one of your opponents who has more life than another of your opponents. As a three-mana, 1/3 legendary creature with both black and white color identity, she fits into WB commander strategies that want to manipulate combat incentives and grow creatures.
