Bounty: Lyssa, Sterling Collector // Wanted! (OTC-34) is a double-sided bounty card from Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander that participates in a set-wide face-down bounty pile. The front side grants a conditional end-step trigger to collect a reward if the player with the most (or tied) cards in hand was dealt combat damage that turn, while the back side explains shuffling multiple unique bounties into a pile and revealing or restocking them as turns progress.
