It can tap for one mana of any color and can be tapped with one additional mana as a sorcery to put a bounty counter on a target creature. When a creature with a bounty counter dies, each of that creature’s controller’s opponents draws a card and gains 2 life, and that trigger can occur multiple times if multiple sources placed bounty counters.
