Chain of Vapor (ONS-73) is an uncommon blue Instant from the Onslaught set. It returns a nonland permanent to its owner's hand and then allows that permanent's controller to sacrifice a land to copy the spell and choose new targets. The copy provision can enable tempo plays or repeated removal when opponents have lands to sacrifice.
