When it enters the battlefield it creates two 1/1 white Kor Ally creature tokens and it causes each planeswalker you control to enter with an additional loyalty counter. Its legendary status enforces the legend rule with other identical Oaths while still allowing its enter-the-battlefield trigger to resolve if cast alongside another copy.
