Holdout Settlement (OGW 172) is a common Land from Oath of the Gatewatch. It can tap for colorless mana or tap plus tap an untapped creature you control to add one mana of any color. This makes it useful for fixing colored mana in creature-based decks or for decks that can repeatedly use creatures to broaden color options.
