Oath of Chandra

Description

Oath of Chandra (POGW-113s foil) is a legendary enchantment from the Oath of the Gatewatch Promos set. When it enters the battlefield it deals 3 damage to a target creature an opponent controls, and at each end step it will deal 2 damage to each opponent if a planeswalker entered the battlefield under your control that turn. It often complements strategies that repeatedly cast planeswalkers by providing one-shot removal and recurring direct damage.
