Exclusion Ritual (NPH-10) is an uncommon enchantment. When it enters the battlefield it exiles a target nonland permanent and prevents players from casting spells that share the exiled card's name. If the exiled card leaves exile the casting restriction ends, and interactions such as moving a commander to the command zone can nullify the effect.
