Zndrsplt's Judgment (NCC-240) is a rare blue sorcery from New Capenna Commander that asks you to choose friend or foe for each player. For each player you call a friend, that player creates a token copy of a creature they control, and for each player you call a foe, that player returns a creature they control to its owner's hand. The ordering means all friends perform their choices and create tokens before foes return creatures, potentially letting enters-the-battlefield triggers resolve in between when relevant.
