Each opponent exiles the top card of their library and you may cast spells exiled this way this turn, paying life equal to their mana value instead of their mana cost. As you cast it you may sacrifice a creature with power 2 or greater to copy Xander's Pact, with the copy created on the stack and resolving before the original.
