Wrexial, the Risen Deep (NCC-359) is a legendary creature Kraken from New Capenna Commander that is black-blue and has islandwalk and swampwalk. Whenever it deals combat damage to a player, you may cast an instant or sorcery from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost, and if that spell would go to a graveyard it is exiled instead. Its combination of evasion and graveyard theft makes it a strong value engine in blue-black decks and a common commander or threat in multiplayer formats.
