Twinning Staff (NCC-383) is a rare Artifact from New Capenna Commander that increases the number of copies when you would copy a spell and has an activated ability to copy a target instant or sorcery you control for {7}, {T}. Its replacement effect makes any copying effect produce one additional copy and you may choose new targets for that extra copy. The activated ability creates a copy on the stack (you may choose new targets) and interacts with multiple Staffs to produce additional copies cumulatively.
