Whenever it deals combat damage to a player you exile one of the top three cards of their library face down, may cast that exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, and any mana can be used to cast it. This effect provides recurring card advantage and access to opponents' spells, enabling both value and tempo plays in control- and combo-oriented decks.
