Swindler's Scheme (NCC-96) is a blue enchantment from New Capenna Commander. Whenever an opponent casts a spell from their hand you may reveal the top card of your library and if it shares a card type with that spell you counter it and that opponent may cast the revealed card without paying its mana cost. The effect can disrupt opponents' plays while potentially replacing the countered spell with a different one for them to cast immediately.
