Swindler's Scheme (NCC-88) is a rare blue enchantment from New Capenna Commander. Whenever an opponent casts a spell from their hand, you may reveal the top card of your library and if it shares a card type with that spell you counter the spell and the opponent may cast the revealed card without paying its mana cost. The effect can disrupt opponents' plans while sometimes replacing their play with a free alternate card for them, creating strategic timing and deckbuilding considerations.
