It has Ninjutsu allowing you to put it onto the battlefield tapped and attacking from your hand by returning an unblocked attacker and paying {4}{U}{B}. Whenever it deals combat damage to a player, you may look at that player’s hand and cast a nonland card from it without paying its mana cost, applying normal casting resolution results.
